If any provision of this Agreement is held or interpreted by any court, arbitral tribunal or government authority charged with the administration thereof to be illegal or invalid under present or future laws or regulations effective and applicable during the term of this Agreement, such provisions shall be fully separable, and this Agreement shall be construed as if such illegal or invalid provision had never comprised a part of this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the illegal or invalid provision or by its severance from this Agreement.

Boffins at the Transport Research Laboratory in Berkshire, UK found that driving is impaired more by using a mobile phone than by being over the legal alcohol limit.
The results found that drivers' reaction times were, on average, 30 per cent slower when talking on a hand-held mobile phone compared to being drunk - and nearly 50 per cent slower than under normal driving conditions.
Even hands-free phones posed a danger, according to the report.
