I took a Degree in Surveying (this actually covers law/economics/engineering/construction).

It is specific to the UK though.

Civil Engineering would be a good degree to start with or something similar to that ......

whats do you do there?

I'm a Quality Engineer but I specialised in Metallurgy so I have a lot of broad engineering knowledge and am responsible for manufactured quality of diesel engines. I sometimes get some foreign travel which can be fun.
