Default Whats going on with my monitor!!!!!!

I am having some issues with my computer monitor. Its all fine for a while the all of a sudden the picture gets bigger and all fuzzy. Like a projector on a screen getting pulled away from the wall and going out of focus. It only happens after a while of leaving the computer on and the only way to temporarily fix it is to turn off the monitor and turn it back on........and then its only a temp fix!

I have never seen this happen before. Anybody know whats going on and if there is a fix?
