I'm looking at the Ferrari 360 listings on eBay and noticed that a bunch of them are from Florida - are these flood damaged cars or what?

When I lived in Miami in the mid-80's you would see high school kids driving around in F-cars and Lambos. It was crazy.

It is (or was) easy to cleanup a salvaged title in Florida. There are a few other states like this. I once looked at a Solara from a private party that had been rebuilt. Maybe thats why? Either that or maybe all the drug money from the 80's.
