Just found a new one, at the Macaroni Grill (sorry if there are no Macaronis near you, you're missing a good restaurant).

It's called Dessert Ravioli. They grind up Snickers Bars, mix it with chocolate Grenache, then put it into ravioli-shaped pastry which they then deep fry for a few moments (melts the snickers bits) then they serve them over vanilla ice cream. This is one of the sweetest things I've ever had. YUM.
