When 43 Million isn't enough.

Thousand.
Per week.
I'd seriously consider paying her the 53K if I was him, depending on the actual wording of the contracts. The existing post-nuptial says he will pay her 43Million anyway. I'm assuming that is payable immediately upon termination of the marriage. She's asking for 53K/week, so it would take over 15 years for that to add up to 43Million.
Take that 43Million he was going to pay, invest it in a high yield savings account or CDs or something and the interest would be more than enough to cover the monthly payments. Plus, if he sets up the contract properly, the payments will stop when he dies. Since he's already 67 years old, that'll probably happen pretty soon, and she'll end up collecting a lot less than 43Million. Haha @ her!
