I'm guessing you haven't looked for one. While they may be more plentiful than the ps3, they're still sold out everywhere and selling on Ebay for $500+. Word is, more shipments will come in, but does anybody know the best place to look, who will get the most units, etc?

Theres quite a few stores out here that have 50-100 units now, and I just went to go pick one up yesterday (without a preorder).
Like someone mentioned above, check the big places... including costco where they have a bundle pack.
well, i just checked toysrus.com = http://www.toysrus.com/category/index.jsp?...2255974.2290625
they have 2 bundle packs ready to ship. i am actually thinking about picking this up for myself. it costs a lot more, but it is better than getting bent over on ebay or on here for that matter. and you are getting what you pay for.

Toys-R-Us will probably get the most units. Nintendo and toys-r-us have a great relationship and they have stated this chain will be the primary sales point. I think the best place to look is target. Best buy and Ebgames are probably the worst. EB/gamestop will not get a lot of units each week. Best buy is always very crowded and the units won't last long. Few people think about buying electronics at target. I stopped by a Target, best buy, and circuit city on my way home from work (all literally 2 minutes from each other).. the latter two has barely any stock in terms of Wii games, and nothing popular.. the target had TONS of games.. literally 15 copies of Zelda. Walmart is probably not the best either.. too many people shop there.
Best bet is to call all stores today and see if they know when the next shipment is coming in.. then call every other day or so. The top stores in prime locations probably already have new stock, while most stores will get more units end of this week I figure.

Ebay prices are down to retail and some bids close beneath that, and also try lookin at the places that dont have as much attention as major electronics retailers like a sears or costco, i have passed up afew now at sears but im always weary about the initial release models
Bestbuy will be getting in about 10 a week. So theres not going to be a shortage of Wii's for much longer. But if you want one call your local bestbuy and see when they're going to get them. Ours sold the 10 in under 5 minutes. Good luck
