Where did the Paris Hilton thread go?

On CNN or something last night, they were talking about the Hilton video. A internet lawyer said that the Hilton's CANNOT do a DAMNED thing about it. They have no legal action over the video because of two things. One, the copyright belongs to the guy that made the video tape. He can do whatever he wants with it. Two, if the video was not sold for commercial purposes, it can be shown legally on the web. Thought that was an interesting tidbit. Now, put the DAMN link back up!
