Where did you get your car knowledge?
Oh here we go. I don't like seeing MEN MAKING OUT. I'm sorry that you do. But hey whatever you do in the privacy of your own home it's cool. Women making out is no big deal. It's been done so many times there's no taboo about it.
In all seriousness, Dark_Sub, I know how to install LED windshield washer replacements - I'm already on my 2nd set!
I've been a gearhead since before I could even walk - my dad's an absolute car nut so I was always his wrench monkey... From the trike at 3yrs, karting at 5yrs, dirt bike/quad at 7hrs, full-size cars at 13yrs, and a bunch of tractors in between
, I've always had the need, the need for speed! I've been racing competitively for quite some time - currently just HPDE trackdays, but I used to auto-x and race in B&S 5hp kart, B&S 8hp alky kart, 80cc shifter, 125cc shifter, and Baby Grand. Through it all my dad and I were always DIYers - that's where I got my first-hand experience. There, and doing complete drivetrain swaps on friends' cars, brake jobs, engine building/tuning, etc. Not to mention the ceiling fans and running toilets.
And all the times I broke (and had to fix myself) my dirt bikes, quads, 3-wheeler, cars, karts, mowers, yada yada yada.
My friends and I are just about done with our newest project: Electric golf kart converted to mid-engine death wish powered by Ford 1100cc inline-four. Our first attempt used a 2-speed hydrostatic drive and was only good for 85mph, but now we're using a 5M/T from a Fiesta... We still haven't decided if we really want to run a 50-shot fogger, or 4psi from an '80s Escort turbo... Maybe both?

The rest I learned from here, S2ki.com, and from UTI, the technical school I now attend.
