Default WHERE DO THEY GET THE MONEY?

Hello,
I was just flipping through some of my monthly subscriptions (super street, etc.) and was wondering WHERE THE HELL DO THEY GET THE MONEY?????? I mean supras/skylines/RX-7's/etc. w/ more $$$$$ in them than my house.

I believe myself to have a great career and still have no where enough money to affors all these engine swaps, turbo upgrades, custom fiberglass interiors, and enough sound power to knock a girls titis off.

I know some is from sponsors, but come on, nothing is all for free. Maybe I am just tuner hatin', but do any of these people work, and if so what do they do????
Maybe mommy and daddy pay for it, I don't know.

Let me know what you think. If you know where or how to get the free shit, let me know.
COMPTECH OR VORTECH, HOLLA AT YO BOY. I will sport vortech/comptech from head to toe and dress my car all in their vinyl for a free SC.

i know that in japan people finance mods for their car like people finance A car or their house here...

Not to say that here in the states the good ol' credit card doesn't get a workout. I saw a family that consisted of some dude with a bandana (looked like a complete waste to society), a young (probably teen) mom and two kids get out of a crazy hooked up maxima once. They didn't look poor but they didn't look like they had it the easiest... some people have different priorities for how to spend their "disposable" income.

I'm not hatin... i love going to shows and seeing whats possible, talking to everyone and passing the time. Its just not my cup of tea. Even though I have a list thats close to two pages long of stuff i'd love to do to my S when i get one... chances are most of those ideas will never materialize (my damn logical side always gets the best of me)

Yeah... I think some people do not have a problem going into tens of thousands of dollars in debt on credit cards. I mean... If spending your whole life chin deep in debt is your cup of tea... good for you

some people have money, are born with money, made smart investments when they were young, have rich parents, made $$$ of the internet and sold it before it went down the drain, good paying jobs, etc.

The only reason why I have some $$ is because I was fortunate enough to have parents who supported me and bought me a new car when I was young, smart enough to go through college with scholarships, dumb enough to join the military and have them pay for my housing. I don't have any debts, I pay off all my credit card bills monthly, and save a little here and there. (but I also don't own a house and I don't have kids to worry about, nor pets)

My fiance has it rough though. She's got an enormous debt due to law school, is barely making her payments on her little Civic, has to pay medical insurance, etc. So, it all depends.

It's all about sponsorship...you'd be surprised how cheap things are with it, but it will require a lot of time on your part between car shows/events and whatever else your sponsor(s) may require. And if they want you to take it out of town, it's on your dime.

Remember...you NEVER get something for nothing.

Well, there's lots of kiddies out there with no sponsorship with amazingly hooked up rides. These are not the type who would be a doctor/lawyer/other professional.

Many sell drugs. There's big money in that, and when dumb kids get money they spend it on the car.

Most people are in hock up to their eyeballs. Last I heard, the average person has around $8500 on credit cards, and many people are way above average.

All the people I know who have expensive cars (in the $100k++ range) don't have jobs - they are business owners.

Just as an example, one guy just built a custom garage with a turntable (drive in - drive out), workshop, and built-in car wash. He has a bunch of cars and a 45' Prevost conversion coach.
