Where do you Bank?
USAA Federal Savings Bank. While their insurance is for military only, the bank is open to everyone. In fact, my boss just signed on with them.
They rebate ATM fees at any ATM up to $2 / transaction up to 10 transactions per month. Essentially, you get to use ANY ATM anywhere and not pay a transaction fee. They have free online billpay. They also provide free postage-paid envelopes to mail in checks. One last thing... I can't ever remember being put on hold for more than 30 seconds in order to talk to a customer service rep. Can you tell that I like them?

Fifth Third for my checking. They are decent, not the greatest, but decent. And their online banking fully integrates into Microsoft Money, which I like.
ING Direct for my savings. Great rate, just no real quick access to your money, but for a savings account it's a good bet.
