I've been dating and can't find any quality women for the life of me.. I'm an attractive guy but it seems that every girl I meet has severe mental issues or is just completely nuts.. Its there some online club for men that enables them to talk to sane women? the last 5 girls I dated were "under" my league but had mental and health problems. I can't drink alcohol so what are my options??

It's called playing the field. Date chicks until you find one you can stand for a while. Once you get tired of her shenanigans, move on to the next chick. Meet chicks at the dog park, store, library, and while enjoying your life.

Church is ok, but most of those girls are dumber than the norm, so that's up to you.
