Where is Hardtopguy?
Give HTG (Jeff) time and just communicate with him. He is snowed with business, I mean, his prices are crack head low and he is awesome with customer service. EVERY business has its hiccups, and Jeff will more than make it up to you if you experience a hiccup.
Give him a couple of days and then if no response, then give him a call. Remember its a long weekend so maybe he went on vacation or something. I also placed an order with him last week and I am hoping to hear back from him by the end of the week.

Anyone else having problems reaching him at all?
It's been a week. And if that's not sufficient time to respond, what is?

Here it is. Apparently numerous people are pissed at him right now. I appreciate a ton of people are backing him up but theres been more than a few of these threads over the past year. I think thats enough to take my business elsewhere.

Jeff has a strong reputation on S2Ki, so much so, moderators and past customers will always stand out to defend him. This thread will only be a matter of time before it gets closed before Jeff officially makes a response on the forum.
I'm still waiting for him to return my emails. Like everyone else, I'm following his contact numbers and leave him a courtesy voicemail to get a feedback from. It makes it harder than I'm half way around the world from him and stay up late at night just to make an empty phonecall to him.
