Default Where to print out Polo Shirts???

I was wondering if you guys know where i could get a polo shirt with my team logo badged on it? Would they be able to duplicate a decal onto some sort of badge on a shirt?

We've had them done through Land's End (http://ocs.landsend.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3..._name=corpsales) and Halo (http://www.halo.com/), but they were for corporate accounts. We didn't order a huge amount - maybe less than 20 from Halo and 50 from Land's End so I don't think a small quantity would be an issue. They do charge a "setup fee" the first time to make the stencil or whatever it is they use to create the logo. I can't remember exactly what that fee was (maybe between $75 and $150). Then it's just the cost of the shirt plus a small fee for the embroidery.

Looks like Land's End has a 6-unit minimum, about a $95 - $135 setup fee depending on stitch count, and a $5.50 application fee. The plain polo shirts are about $20 which would make them $25 each after the setup fee is paid. That seems like a decent price to me.

Thanks Dave! That was very helpful but I'm looking at a qty. of about 10 shirts. You know anywhere else that might do it? And that startup fee is quite expensive!

Agreed that it's not cheap, especially for only 10 shirts. Sorry, I don't have any other ideas, but I'm sure that if you look around, there's gotta be someplace cheaper. Best of luck,

Dave

You can probably find a local silk screen company.
