Off-topic Talk Where overpaid, underworked S2000 owners waste the worst part of their days before the drive home. This forum is for general chit chat and discussions not covered by the other off-topic forums.

Where would I get someone to set up home theater?

They do the new (optional) sound system in the 2007 Audi S8. It is AMAZING. Apparently it'll be an $8K upgrade, but man, it sounds just sick.

Apparently their home system costs about $65K, too. Not too shabby.

Yep, i've got a B&F phone which is pretty kick ass. I've always loved the design of their systems as well as the unbelievable fidelity.

I bet you could get one of the kids in your Section 8 houses to do it for some beer.

Seriously guys... Do you all really have such poor taste in audio? After all the watch fanatics I would expect more

hahaha... I have a shitty $50 Honda watch. is my "bose lifestyle" system really that bad? i paid about $2k for it back in 1998 or so. i think it has 5 of those little double cube speakers and a thumping powered subwoofer. It has never been insufficient for my needs.

tell me what I am missing by not spending $10k on a system that will be turned on 2-3 times per months like this one.

You can get better performance for the same price as Bose. And they don't have bass!
