I know I'm breaking a very complex issue into two simple choices, but I'm just curious: How many people believe in evolution, and how many don't? Don't overthink it, just go with your first instinct.

By "evolution" I basically mean the idea that all living organisms descended from earlier, more primitive species, going all the way back to the very first single-celled life forms, without the influence of a higher power. If you think a higher power started things off, but then evolution took over from there, you should vote in this category.

By "creation" I basically mean the idea that the above idea is nonsense...species were placed here pretty much in the state they're in now. If you're a "micro-evolution is real, but macro-evolution is not," person you should vote in this category.

Hopefully my broad descriptions I gave above will sufficiently capture everyone's thoughts.
