Who to choose? Kobe or Iverson?

Wow, Kobe or Iverson? That's a tough one. I haven't watched enough of Kobe to know if I would want him over Iverson. But I think Kobe is better now because of Shaq. I would like to see Kobe without Shaq to see how good he really is, when he is getting double and tripled team all night.

Iverson is unguardable one on one. If the Lakers think Fisher can guard him, there nuts, and Shaq will be in foul trouble trying to get over to Iverson to block his drives. Also, anyone who thinks Iverson can't play D is talking out of his ass and has never seen him play. He's small, so it would be tough to guard someone Kobe's size, but that will be McKie's job.

Also, if anyone thinks AI is selfish, doesn't know anything about him. AI is about one thing, and that's WINNING. He doesn't care about the credit, he just knows he will get it, good or bad. You go in and get wacked by 7 footers game in, game out and get up everytime. EVERYTIME!!

This will be Iverson's coming out party. I still think the Lakers will win, but I think everyone will finally start to understand how good Allen Iverson really is. But I sure hope the Sixers do win, and I think they can if they get some breaks.

Why wouldn't you want him on the Mavericks? Do you know how many open looks Nowitski would get with AI on the team? Ah, it's scary.
Because, I don't want him scoring 40+pts, having Dirk score only 15 or so a game, and having Nash only score 9pts (Nash can score). Finley can step back when he feels Nowitski is having a awesome game. I've seen Finley do this a few times in the season. I doubt Iverson would do that. He doesn't complain after the game about only shooting 10 times or so. As a matter of fact, i've never heard him complain about anything. Plus, the big thing with the Mavs is team chemistry on and off the court. I don't think he would fit in. Just like when the Mavs had the 3 J's (Jim Jackson, Jamal Mashburn, and Jason Kidd) JJ wanted to be the man. Jamal wanted to be the man. etc... EGO does not work well. I'm sure Iverson would want it to be his team, when we all know it's going to be Nowitski's team in the future.

But remember, I love watching Iverson play. He is simply amazing.

Jordan three years ago would spank him, and shaq. Kobe needs to keep his tongue in his mouth and stop wanting to be like Mike.

I think Iverson is a better outside shooter and Kobe a better ball distributor and lane driver, but the war will be inside where Matumbo will get pushed around by O'Niel.
Rebounding and defense win CHAMPIONSHIPS, and Coach Jackson having this long to prepare for either the 76ers or Bucks, will have his boys prepared.
