Did someone mention kimchee? We have a huge Korean population here in the Seattle area. This place has the regular cabbage kimchee - but they also have squid, oyster, cucumber, garlic clove green onion, daikon and other kinds I can't even identify. We visit every other week or so.

I love that stuff.

spicy spam is really good chopped up into tiny squares and mixed into fried rice. gives it a real kick!

regular spam is great with rice and eggs for breakfast.

love it!
