That is wrong. My only hope is, and this is NOT an excuse, that it was done for sustenance. It seems like an explanation; it's still horribly wrong though.

the perpetrators were most likely of terrorist descent, as one of their most celebrated games over there (terrorist country) involves playing a game (similar to cricket) with a goat's head
