Yeah, why he need for chains on wet pavement? The chains won't be there very long after the wear out and fall off.

k, well seeing as how they lack the logic to realize that you put the chains on the REAR wheels of a RWD vehicle... they more than likely missed the memo on chains/bare pavement too.
