I'm sure there's a good reason to cover up your lisense plate when posting photos of your car on this web site. What is it? Just curious.

 

Just people can trace your car, like get an address etc to steal... paranoia most likely lol

I've never bothered... I figure I'm more likely to get targeted for theft by someone who sees me on the street or in a parking lot somewhere.

this might make me sound stupid...

but the only reason i ever bothered doing it was because EVERYONE else was doing it. i thought it was some trend... some unspoken rule. i didn't understand why...

until about the end of my senior year in high school. i finally realized why people blotted out their license plates when i found out that it's possible to pass the code on to the DMV and pull up information and whatnot (right? or am i still wrong?). i know... i'm kind of late to the coming of knowledge. =]
