Why do farts stink so bad in the shower?

Couple reasons:
1. No clothes to absorb odor
2. Hot shower = Hot air = Hot air rises
3. Hot water means hot air which means all your nasal cavities are open. Much like putting your head over a bowl of steam to relieve your cold. The steam opens up your nasal senses.
