I'm so glad I moved to Florida. Left MA 6.5 years ago and haven't missed the weather yet!

Seriously though, I have a good job which I'm not in danger of losing, my house has actually GAINED value, and the local economy is growing. So yes, the weather can stink in the winter, but there are some positives for living "in the boonies."
