Why Time Waner Cable is satanic.
I can't get Speedvision, because the it's only on digital cable, which was supposed to be available last summer. Meanwhile, Speedvision is part of the standard package in Seattle. WTF?
I feel for ya bud, I couldn't live with out speedvision.
Except in Canada they don't have the licence to broadcast the F1 races. So I have to settle for Alain Decadanet yapping about old Ferraris.

Why not just say no to cable and get a satellite dish. I get Speedvision and about 200 or more channels as well. Cable burnt me so many times that I finally said, "Enough is enough!"

(For example, Speedvision is channel 607.)

You are correct, sunchild. The only real drawback of the satellite is the temporary disruption you can experience sometimes during a thunderstorm. I emphasize the word sometimes, because it has been fairly rare on my system. However, it's nothing compared to some absolute cable outtages I've experienced in the past.
I must admit that now I have all my bases covered, because I also have a cable TV hookup due to the fact that I put a splitter on the cable going to my internet setup. Now I get the internet and cable TV in my computer room.
