Did you find a winning lottery ticket in the newspaper? Then maybe. It all depends on if there's any stipulation on length of time it needs to get cashed in...

I have all the Life magazines that featured the Kennedy assasination on the cover. After a jillion years they go for $5 each on ebay. So the answer is "no" the newspaper will never be worth anything.

Think of all the newspapers in all the towns and all the cities in the US. They all reported on the same thing that day. Now think of all the people that kept the papers.

i got the sunday paper that week which was a reprint so i figured it'd never be worth anything so i threw it away. plus some rat chewed on it when we lived in an apartment
