I think the contestants lip synch to popular songs while doing silly moves.

yeah this show is pretty damn funny.

they actually sing to it like a karaoke. Usually students participate and try to do some crazy stuff and then the celebrities they challenge try to out do them but they usually don't since they do go as crazy as the students.
