Default Wine

I have 2 16/17 year old bottles, and if anyone knows if they are worth anything. Watch them turn out to be worth $0.08 each.

Anyways, they are:
1] 1986 Codorniu Brut Clasico Sparkling White Wine from Spain

2] 1987 Robert Giraud Chateau de Cadillac Bordeaux Superior Red Wine from France

I'm just curious as to what they would go for if I actually bought them from a wine store.

Oh little ignorant Babygrass! Wine is the sustenance of the Gods!

Forgive my melodrama, but I love great wine!

My current favorite red: Wolf Blass Yellow Label, Cabernet, about $10us, many of the South Australian high-end brands.......
Whites: Eeaahhh.... I like reds but I love some of the German wines and certain California Chardonays.....there are some other great whites but they are kinda obscure.....don't get me started about single malt Scotch!!!!

They've been in a cool dry place. Is that good or bad?

I don't want to sell them. My dad is just curious, b/c we're both clueless.
