...no, there's not an S2000 in the latest (PS2) version of Wipeout ...but as I'm one of those goobers that typically reads instructions (if airgate is reading this, my only exception to reading instructions would be when I got my SunCom phones and then bugged him to death with questions)... Anyway, so I'm reading the manual for the game and stumbled across a couple items in the manual that I thought would be worthy of S2K discussion (even if O/T):

With an explanation for "Zone Menu" the manual begins, "...then get ready for an assault on your senses, as the g-forces take hold in what we can safely say is the fastest thrill sensation you are ever likely to experience."...sorry, although I've yet to play the game -- yeah, yeah, I will in just a minute! -- I can't help but think that such a line must have been written only by an individual that has not experienced the glory of the S2000!

Another spot in the manual reviews the various teams already programmed into the game. One of them is named G-Tech. Their team slogan? -- "If it floats, it's G-Tech." Weeeeeeell, again I wonder if there isn't room to say, "If it floats, it's V-Tech!

...oh well, time to go play on the PS2!
