Wow! these make ME want to have some surgery......
I think I'll have liposuction around the middle age spread and a little lift to the sagging pecs.
Oh! And a hair transplant and steroid injections to compliment the testicle tuck!

Aww man, plastic surgery is too deceiving. Its like living a lie. Like what if I married one of the "after girls" and then our babies came out ugly, I'll be like "Where the hell did that come from???
