Default Words and phrases I'm getting tired of hearing

It seems to me lately that certain words and phrases are getting overly used and I am getting pretty sick of hearing them used over and over and over and over and over and over.

Some of these are:

1) Amazing. I am such a fan of (insert name). His/her work is AMAZING.

2) They "threw me under the bus".

3) "At the end of the day".

4) "brilliant"

So what are you guys sick of hearing and want put to rest?

My boss starts EVERY sentence with "GREAT NEWS!!!!" He claims the reasoning behind this is anytime you say great news people pay attention to what follows.... He usually ends statements with "Does that make sense?" I hear both no joke 20+ times a day.... The phrase I hate the most: "It is what it is"

The following words or group of words are grounds for forgivable ritual suicide during a meeting:

1. bifurcation
2. synergy
3. go-to-plan
4. go-to-market
5. "____ is the new ____"
6. paradigm
7. "____ is a game-changer."

. . . I'll be in a meeting in a few minutes - I may post more.
