Umm lets see...
The most recent has to be the SMC Barricade wireless router I bought. That is the biggest piece of junk ever. It was replaced with a Zyxel and I've been much happier.
In my younger days, I've definately bought some crappy tools. I might as well driven my car over whatever it was I was working on. It probably would have done a better job. I only buy good quality tools now.
A few CDs that were so bad, I'm embarassed to even say I have a copy.
My Nokia hands-free ear bud piece for my cell phone. I loved it till it crapped out 5 months after I bought it. Now it lies dead on my desk at work.
My Stratos Helix Pro DH rear shock for my downhill rig. What a gong show that's been from day one. Needless to say, my Stratos days are over.
Every dollar I've ever given to the Nissan service department. It only took a few visits to convince me that I needed to learn how to fix my own cars, cause they sure couldn't.
Every speeding ticket and parking ticket I've ever paid (especially the lone multi-nova I got when then first put that in Calgary. Back then, I didn't know how they worked. Now I do, and if I had just slowed down when I saw it at the side of the road....)
Having anything shipped to Canada from the US using UPS. Bunch of thieving bastards.

50 dollars in ebay stuff 5 years ago that never showed up, i didnt really care, then 3 years ago i got a letter from the FBI and Michigan State Government wanting me to fly to Michigan and testify against the guy. Everyone is saying what they gave girls, well i let one borrow my favorite guitar and then we started hating each other. Now i am minus 1 guitar. I also own(ed) a few cds that i was too embarassed to even sell so i just threw them out. Im also about to spend 500 dollars to get a spider crack on my back bumper fixed after i tapped my SUV coming out the garage, worst thing ever therefore making it worst money even spent by me.

Sort of.
