To answer the original question, if I couldn't tell or didn't know that she was a he (meaning all of her parts look like genuine female parts), I would tap it in a minute.
Are you 100% that every female you have ever been with or lusted after was the real deal? No. If it looks like a Ferrari, sounds like a Ferrari, and performs like a Ferrari, and I don't know any better, I'm going to to treat it like a Ferrari... who wouldn't?
