Can you not rent gaming servers? I have bandwidth but can't help with the server. Also our bandwidth pricing structure is less than ideal for online gaming. I've seen Tribes servers for as little as $35/mo.

Things are looking good people, I've secured some bandwidth, and am very close to securing a box to run everything on. In addition to CS, I will probably set up an oldschool tribes server and possibly a Q3A server. Gotta do some performance monitoring of CPU/net and make sure we're not a hassle to the people hosting us

Sylvain, I'll try to setup the duron 'n celeron by tomorrow and run some benchmarks. I think if I OC the celeron, it should outperform the duron. I'll give you a call tomorrow night.

Find a server around here somewhere that isn't too busy, and setup a time. We could make a poll or something.
I think I'm going to bring up a temp server on my dsl line. If I remember correctly, it's 1.5MBps up and 768K or something down.
I've never putup a cs server before. I doubt it will be complicated, but any tips would help. thanx!
