Default Would you refund?

Just curious as to what other people would do in this situation.

If you sold a head to someone who wanted it bare. Spent the time to disassemble, clean and box it up. Then they find another head and ask for a refund a day later would you do it?

I said no but I'm curious as to what others would do in this situation.

nope, money was already sent, and you did your part.
I had the same problem with my turbo kit when I was selling it. a guy gave me 100$ to hold it, than decided he wanted to go to a different seller and wanted me to refund his money. I told him, either he buys it or I keep the deposit

Heck no. If you bought a new Toyota and the next day decided you wanted a Mazda instead, would you expect the Toyota dealership to take the car back in exchange for full cost?

shouldn't have. People need to learn their lesson and think before they send their money

I bought some head from this girl once and then this other girl offered me head at a better price, the first girl didn't refund me anything. lesson learned, but then again, two heads are better than one.

If he paid over PayPal he would have gotten his money back. I would've said no as well, or said he can have half a refund and you keep half for your time and labor.

I'd tell him that I'm billing him for labor and shipping, and once I got the head back I'd refund him XX amount depending on whatever the shipping was and how long I spent stripping it. I'd also tell him that he'd be better off just selling it himself.

How much did he pay exactly?
