I would've pursued waaaay more than the $300k (minus lawyer/legal costs) for losing my junk.

It's crazy that in the end the lawyer will make more off of this than the plaintiff.

holy crap i heard about this on the radio this morning. that sucks majorly, i was actually surprised he only got 300k for it... for a rotting penis i'd expect more... plus imagine the psychological damage that was incurred by the guy
