How about a fully loaded WRX, MSRP $25,000, 237 PS, easily chipable to 280 PS ? Just a thought.

Good point, Sunchild...and donno, I think you will find that people here will stick with their S2000's over a WRX. Thanks, though...

I think Dunno was maybe talking about a suplement with the S2000... aka.. kid hauler??

Although we have never had the luxury of having the last turbo impreza, this years is apparently 300+lbs bloated in comparision. I was excited at first, but... i think i will end up passing (gas).

I apologize, I should have posted this in the off-topic section to begin with. I've seen some very bad 'S2000 vs. ______' posts on this site with thirty or more replies. I think the average driver on this site would be faster (straights and turns) in the WRX than in the S2000. I know someone who has driven a new WRX (track) and my S2000 (street) and finds them very comparable performance wise. Will losing the stoplight battle bother you? I know the S2000 has the looks AND performance but how many of you out there would be driving a four-door Integra if it were 220ps and rear-wheel drive. In other words, the numbers are important and sometimes the major justification for our purchase.

On the way home from skiing at Okemo today I saw an Impreza with Massachusetts plate "WRX".

No doubt his thoughts are aligned with yours.

ClutchCargo... there are some test mules runnning around the USA, but most are from new jersey... they have been spotted in Florda and colorado. Any riceboy can slap a WRX sticker on his non-WRX version though.??

Sorry,

I mumble in person and in email.

It was a regular Imprezza.

The car had a Massachusetts vanity plate "WRX".

I just figure he got the plate and is waiting for the car.
