After fighting over and over those TSB's about the gear problem.....I am kind frostrated with Honda
I know the engine in s2k is perfect but the gear....not satisfied
So, you guys think what should I do
1. replace clutch disk spending my own money?
2.thinkinhg of changing to WRX and get some money and insurence back?

WRX sounds great on paper and probably fun to drive. However, ...the looks...FIX THE S2k.

Just my 2 cents.

fix the S2K and if you're still frustrated late next year you can get rid of it and get a WRX sti (a FAR superior car to the stock WRX).

Why not just have both? They don't make the WRX in a drop top.

I don't think the WRX looks good but it looked really good in the commercials. I think you should definately not give up on the S2K

WRX? They look good on TV but go check it out in person. I think you won't need help after that.

Just needs a headlight change, that's all.

WRX does not look good in person. All commericals are made to look nice. Or else people won't buy it.

Sure get WRX ... though, then give up one of the best handling car that money can buy. If straighline performance is all you're after then WRX will do the job nicely. It handles well too ... for a 'front-wheel drive 4 door family sedan made on a budget' (I know it's not a front-wheel drive ... it is based on a front-wheel drive and still handles very much like one).

It all depends on where your priorities lie.

DavidM... why are you saying the WRX is based on a front drive sedan... seems like the term all wheel drive comes up pretty often...

That being said, if I had to choose, the S2000 is a no_brainer!! Other than that, if I could have both, the WRX would make a good beater.
