Looks like English to me.

I don't think the site is letting you remote link the image...

Under normal circumstances I'd say it's for keeping your face warm in windy weather or outdoor sports/skiing. Why the hell that chick is wearing one in a bathtub is beyond me.

It says, "It is for Hannibal Lector, or any fugly mofo's who do not wish to see themselves in bathwater reflection."

Seriously, people use that in skiing but why the hell would a person wear one in a bath.

I am going to save this pic for later use of "I am a moron" pic-message.

It says Face Line Clean or somehting like that.. I take it that it is supposed to change your face line. Anyway, that picture is freaking me out. I swear if I went into a room and that was in the tub, I would have a heart attack. Why is she in the tub anyway?

Seung sent me a PM and said I could post it:

it's for "face line", (=your chin line)
asian women usually have rounder face,
and a lot of times they desire sharper, "reversed-triangle" facial shapes like
some of the western people.
a lot of people get plastic surgery for this.

this product of course, is a gimmick,
making people to believe that if you wear it during hot bath,
it's gonna make your face sweat and have narrower face.
the material is no different from ski mask.
