Anyone know much about this? Some guy is pushing it on the Honda Tech board..... It isn't anywhere near me, but just curious if they are actually a decent place. Seems a little "pyramid" like.....

You recruit a "team" which you get some % of all of their stuff..... but that isn't a horrible idea....

 

Appears to be no different than any other real estate office with an in-house mortgage company. They are trying to make a killing twice, once on the real estate commission and again on the mortgage commission. I think it is funny that they were World Savings #1 broker or something. It just means they sold everyone "Option ARMs". World Savings sucks.
