This is the real Xbox 360!

 

Yeah, Im personally getting xbox 2 for Halo 3, the story alone is worth it. So epic! and plus I wanna know what happens! As far as I know, having an ATi graphics board for the new xbox is great because they run way better than Nvidia with AA and AF on.

 

Blu Ray has been scrapped--Sony is in talks with Toshiba to combine each side's technologies--here's the link for the article....

I don't know how true it is but i've heard of Halo 2.5 which would be most likely released with the new xbox system, basically an updated Halo 2 with better graphics things that were left out etc.

 

I do see something like that happening, cause I can't imagine Xbox releasing without a Halo game, by the way when can we start preordering!!!

 

yeah I just read about that rumor today and certainly hope its true! If any of you have ever seen the E3 demo of Halo 2 back then when stencil shadows and realtime reflections with hi res skinning was on, whew, that was beautiful.

Edit: Actually, considering how the Harddrive is goin to be small, I doubt it. SQUASHED rumor. BTW, about that BluRay, yeah all the major electronics manufactureres scrapped it to decide on one type of disc so most future products dont have to "cross platform". I wonder what the PS3 is gonna use now..
