"Y'all fat, and y'all eat too much!"
WTF?
My question here is, why go to a buffet? I mean, it's one thing to eat like crap and not exercise (of which I'm an expert), but to eat that much crap food, and then further risk your health at the roulette wheel that is your standard seafood buffet? Yeesh! There's a reason I don't go to Todai. . .
Even then, if this is really an economics issue disguised as a discrimination suit, why roll out the seafood? It's not the highest-margin stuff. Put some fried <insert whatever here> and you're golden (pun intended)!
If the guy was eating into your margin, just politely ask him not to return: don't make it a weight issue. . . that's the joy of owning your own place. . . right?!?!?!

My friends and I got kicked out of an all you can eat place...we came in high with the munchies and ate almost all their food...I think between the three of us we might have weighed in at a grand total of 450 pounds. I know that at that time I only weighed about 140.

I ain't fat I only weigh 277. Enough said.
When I went through foreign student orientation at Columbia, many years ago, one of the events that I attended was a dinner at a NY restaurant that offered "all the beer, wine or sangria you can drink" with a meal. We got there, a waiter put pitchers of sangria on our table and took our orders. Halfway through the meal, we finished the sangria (about a glass and a half each) and asked for more. The waiter refused. We pointed out that the menu said that we could have all the sangria that we could drink. He retorted, "Well, that's all the sangria you can drink." Nothing like truth in advertising.
