i was headed home last night and yes i was speeding (65 in a 55)
and i get pulled over, so i get my license, registration, and POI out
the cop get out his car, and starts walking towards my car
THE GUY WAS A LITTLE PERSON (IE midget)
he gets to my car, my face is beet red from trying to hold back the laughter, so i hand him my stuff and he askes the question, do you know how fast you were going?
at that point i just busted out laughing, but some how managed to reply yes, then he asked me what was so funny, my reply? do you have to ask?
then he asked me to step out the car, thats when it stopped being funny but i was still laughing for some odd reason, he told me to put my hands on the car and spread'em
he searches me, finds nothing and tells me get back in my car, about ten minutes later he walks back with my ticket, and tells me this wasn't the first time he's been laughed at, after he gave me back my stuff i tell him it won't be the last, and took off

as i pulled in my driveway, i thought to myself, only in louisiana

There's a little man officer in Davis, California too. I took these pics while grabbing lunch in the same plaza. Apparently, the lady sitting by the tree was drunk at 1pm and wrecked her new Mini.

He may be shorter, but he is probably the bigger man.

 

Seriously? That cop has probably overcome quite a bit and put up with more shit than you can imagine. And he probably deals with dicks like you on a constant basis.

I'm pretty sure that lots of other cops that are laughed at will be provoked into writing you more tickets & possibly even arrest you. Seems like this guy played by the rules in spite of you being a total douche.

Do you laugh at people in wheelchairs too?

 

He was fairly nice to me years ago when I had my learner's permit (forgot to turn on my lights leaving the Marketplace after dark). I imagine he has to put up with quite a lot for being shorter than most.

I hope that laugh was worth the money it'll cost in fines and insurance.
