hell, I even get more out of beavis and butthead than I do the simpson's... only thing simpson's did was say 'damn' and 'eat my shorts'

You have to actually pay attention while watching "The Simpsons." (Look, Magician! No apostrophe!)
They use jokes that reference politics, religion, everyday problems, etc. South Park isn't intelligent. Flojo, you're just another one of those people who assume that "The Simpsons" is a show based off of catch phrases, like "Eat my shorts!" and "Excellent."
You should probably read into "The Simpsons" to understand it better.
The Simpsons
^^That's just a place to start.

It's not intelligent. It might be witty at times but not to the point that a person would watch the show and think, "Boy, do those jokes really make you think or what?"

Kudos.

(Note: magician isn't capitalized.)

I was supporting you up until "South Park isn't intelligent."

If you don't get the brilliance behind South Park, then you have no right to question Flojo's inability to get the Simpsons--which is daft as well.

Both are great shows. Since you enjoy the Simpsons so much, I would hope that you watch Futurama, as well.
