Zojirushi advanced Neuro Fuzzy logic technology ensures perfect rice every time. Zojirushi's high-tech design includes a spherical inner pan and heating system for even heating and a lock-tight lid that keeps your rice fresh and moist for up to 12 hours. You can program the digital timer for up to 13 hours in advance so that the rice is warm and ready when you are ready to eat it. The automatic keep-warm feature switches on after the cooking is finished, and the nonstick pan ensures fast, easy cleanup.
Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy rice cookers also feature:
* Menu settings for white/sushi rice; brown rice; semibrown, mixed, and sweet rice; and porridge.
* Quick cooking cycle reduces cooking time
* LCD clock and timer
* Reheating cycle
* Durable nonstick coating prevents rice from sticking and makes cleaning fast and easy
* Stay-cool side handles for quick and easy pan removal
* Easy-to-follow recipes included
jook is congee, it is bascially rice with a lot of water and it turns into a porridge/ stew like soup. can be eaten plain, if ur sick or u can add all sorts of things to it, like preserved radish, fried bean curds, tofu, fried dace with black bean, the list goes on
My favorite way to have rice is Japanese style, ie a bowl of rice, a side dish of meat, and a soup (most of the time Meso) YUMMY! ^__^
I swear, the Orient has some of the tastiest and simplest foods out there
