Expert warns California to brace for big quake by September

The team at UCLA's Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics accurately predicted a 6.5-magnitude quake in central California last December as well as an 8.1-magnitude temblor that struck the Japanese island of Hokkaido in September

this is deffinetly a wierd prediction. If these guys are infact able to predict earthquakes within a certain timeline (weeks, days?) I think that they would be getting alot more plublicity. Maybe in the coming weeks they will, if not, well then maybe the rest of the scientific community doesn't agree with them, or think their full of sh!t.
