Any parents with similar experience? My younger boy (2 and half) recently got addicted to Dora & Diego - one day he ran up to me and said "daddy, are you the man!" I laughed and said "yeah, I'm the man" - the little guy looked disappointed and walked away. It wasn't until later in the day when my wife told me it means "help" in Spanish.



He speaks better English & Spanish than Chinese!

i was trying to figure it out as well.. ayudame doesnt sound anything like are u the man if you pronounce it correctly...

 

so the kid knows 3 languages!

 

i think it sounds pretty close. say it in a 2.5 yr old's voice and i can see how it could sound like that...

yeah that was me a few years ago too
