Are you Overpaid or Underpaid?
Me, personally I think I am underpaid just becase I don't have a degree. Since I have all the experience as Systems Manager and I come to work on weekend.
I am working on my degree right now...just two more 2 years to go!.
So, what are you under/over paid?

I'm so underpaid that I don't even get paid. Guess what I am. I work my ass off 7-4pm for 5 days a week. I do more work than anyone in my family but I don't get paid, I actually pay them. Hmmmmm sounds scary?

If it were just me, I'd think I'm paid just right. However, since our senior OO developer (I'm an OO developer), who has very little technical skills and absolute no leadership skills whatsoever, is being paid, I believe, 10-20k more than I am, I feel I'm very much underpaid.
And she's probably senior OO developer only because she has a few more years of experience goofing off, and an MBA from some crappy ass college, which as far as I can tell she didn't learn a thing from.
I definitely feel being paid more just because you have a degree/an extra degree is unfair.

being underpaid is better because that means you have job security.
