I really don't see the big deal some people are some people aren't it really doesn't affect much. I really wish those of you that are cut could remember what it must've felt like to get cut
Uncut here.
WHY does female circumcision have such a movement behind it here in America? Because other cultures practice it and it is barbaric! What do you think other cultures think of us who practice male circumcision? The same exact thing.
I've gone through many debates with people on this topic... and its a very hard one to succeed at ~ with guys especially. We all have dicks and we all love our own, and therefore will defend our dick in whatever shape its in (with a few exceptions from those who seriously look at both sides)
Reasons to get cut:
Aesthetics (based on society alone)
Religion
To kill the chance of phimosis (tightening of foreskin)
Easier to clean (I don't get it... we've had showers & soap for centuries)
Reasons to NOT Get cut:
Sensitivity is not diminished (this does not necessarily mean climax speed increases, either)
Natural protection of the glans
NORMAL Masturbation
Natural rib formed from retracted foreskin (pleasurable to women)
AESTHETICS
Over 80% of the male population is in-tact... so obviously America has been brainwashed to think it is "Normal" to have a surgical procedure performed on a newborn baby with no say in the matter. Why a parent would think its ok to remove a functional organ from their baby boy's penis is beyond me.
Graph for USA Circumcisions... and you can see that the free thinkers region (the west) practices this procedure the least.

RELIGION
I never gotten the religious view of circumcision. Don't they say "God made us how we are?" And then religious documentation contradicts itself and says to have your newborn cut as if God made a mistake. I'm not religious ~ this doesn't make any sense to me though.
PHIMOSIS
Statistics say that 1 in 20 infants must be circumcised to prevent one case of mild phimosis. Other sources state the number to be even higher. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phimosis ~ Phimosis is curable after the incident. Circumcision should not be performed unless Phimosis is an issue.
EASIER TO CLEAN
Really? Cleaning has NEVER been an issue for me. To think that cleanliness is still used as an excuse to get cut in the age we live in is absolutely ridiculous. You pull back the foreskin and clean, it's simple and easy. Bacterial infection? No way. Think of vaginas... those are a bacterial nightmare waiting to happen -- but they have been alright for all of mankind, haven't they?
I'm a new uncle and tried to convince my brother and my sister to not have their baby boys cut. Unfortunately, the aesthetics part won them over and they made a poor decision to have it done anyways. They wanted their boys to "look like daddy." My dad is cut and back when I was a little kid I never questioned the difference. There's a great Penn & Teller Episode on the subject, and I advise any and all prospective parents to watch it before deciding on what to do with their son's penis.

It's very important to be educated on this topic if you are going to be a parent. The practice is so overlooked by the majority of society, so its easy for a doctor to recommend it for cleanliness issues or prevention of a rare condition. After all, that procedure might be paying next month's car payment!

All that said is fine but on the points that you kept hitting with aesthetics and religion bring up another topic: Are you against girls wearing makeup, shaving, tit implants, botoxing, nose jobs, braces, teeth whitening, tanning, etc? Society will always dictate was aesthetically pleasing and whats not - in todays American society cut dicks are the prefered look. When was the last time you saw a p0rn with an uncut dick?
