What a waste of money.
Although, I suppose if the balls hung low enough and dragged on the road, they may serve the same function as those 80s-esque static strips that every one used to dangle off of their cars back in the day.

sorry, if I was to do that, some gay car owners would've bitten my balls off. And if they didn't succed, I would go to the police. I would tell them about the gay car owners. But guess what???- I would find out the cops were gay and they would bite my balls off! Ahhh- such an unsafe world we live in! j/k
