Is there still a big Trance/techno/electronic culture out there? I haven't seen or heard much since like 5 years ago when it was almost mainstream. And I used to work in "little Saigon", so it was REALLY Mainstream.
Yeah most trance and techno type of music has gone back to its underground roots, the good stuff anyway. You'll hear your standard techno remixes of pop songs on local FM radio but not the *good* stuff.

i usually only like vocals if it's just a few verses with a nice beat. just enough vocals that it enhances the music and makes the song a little more interesting...
